State panel wants more information before ruling on Obama’s ballot eligibility
DUH! How do you think a candidate is a "natural born citizen?" To be a natural born citizen your parents must be citizens at the time of your birth (it doesn't matter where they were born, only that they became citizens before you were born). Obama is not a natural born citizen because his father was never an American citizen.

The difference here is that Romney's father became a US citizen before the birth of his son and Obama's father was never a US citizen, that is the difference in the requirement of a Natural Born Citizen to be Pesident, and why Obama is inelligible.

You must suspect something "it must be a gigantic plot where all the records were changed" because it has been proven that all the records he has shown has been changed and proven to be forgeries. We don't know about the rest because he has hidden them. Obama is at best a citizen, he is not a Natural Born Citizen which is required to be President. Are you afraid of the truth? Why not let it play out?

I guess you are referring to his "forged" birth certificate in your statement above? Ya, that is really believeable! And your statement about his birth being listed in the newspaper only shows you need to learn a little bit of the process. All birth announcements were initiated by the Hawaiian Health Department by gathering all the different types of birth certificates then having them posted. Do a little study of the different types of birth certificates available in 1961 even to babies not born in Hawaii. So I ask you to use your appearant "reasoning" ability and look at the fraud this man is perpetrating on America. Is he a citizen? Maybe. But he is not a Natural Born Citizen as required by the Constitution to be President. Reason, reason, reason.

Are you referring to all the documentation Obama has put out? All proven to be forgeries? Plus his use of a stolen SS#. I guess you are OK with your President posting forgeries on WhiteHouse.gov and using a stolen SS#, I'm not!

Sounds to me like your are the one who was sleeping. I will just give you one little quote from the Constitution that you must have slept through: Qualifications of the President. "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible" So, who's the "dolts?"

You fail to mention that all but Arthur became citizens before the birth of their children, but I guess that would go against your trying to make a fool of yourself promoting a person who is not a "Natural Born Citizen" a major requirement to be President. Notice I did not say he is not a "citizen." By the way, Arthur did just as Obama and hid all his records is why he was able to fool the people.

Sounds like "Lucy" needs to give you some "civic" lessons. Obama being born in Hawaii makes him a "citizen" not a Natural Born Citizen! To be a Natural Born Citizen you must be born on American Soil/Territory and your PARENTS must be citizens at time of your birth....Obama's father was never an American citizen. Obama is at best a citizen and not eligible to be President!

You prove a point concerning "citizenship." However, the President is required to be a Natural Born Citizen which is not the same. All Natural Born Citizens are citizens, but not all citizens are Natural Born Citizens. I would be carefull quoting all these rules because if you check his mother did not quite fulfill the 5 year test you quote above, she would have to have been 19 at the time of his birth instead of 18 when she had him.

If it doesn't matter why did you bring up Romney's father? Sounds like you are the one that needs the civics lessons because it does matter where a parent is born if he is not an American citizen before the birth of his children. Try to learn the difference between a citizen and a Natural Born Citizen.
