The real problem is when revenue goes up, it is not used to decrease taxes or stabilize the existing amounts.

The taxpayers bought 300 acres where East zhills business park sits. The taxpayers paid for infrastructure to the site!
Now it is time for those who profited from the sale of lots, to give back to the community!
