Driver in head-on crash had prior DUIs
This just sickens me! He needs to be in prison, even if he doesn't go to prison, not having a license doesn't stop people from drinking and driving. The interlock helps, but an alcoholic can find their way around anything, if it may keep them from another drink. Just plain sickens me...

Rain delays Wednesday's repaving on Sixth Street; major traffic tie-ups near bridges now anticipated on Thursday
Thanks for checking into this. I was really hoping they would go ahead and open it while they are doing the repaving. Save some time and trouble in the drive home. But I guess I'll just plan on the drive home taking forever for the rest of the week.
