Biography
I am formerly from Topeka, Kansas. Although I have never attended classes at KU, I established a scholarship fund at the William Allen White School of Journalism when my mother passed away in January, 2000.. My mother was a City Editor at the Topeka Capital Journal and loved working with the interns that KU sent to work at the newspaper. I am also a lifelong supporter of KU's basketball team, attending my first game in 1973 and am a dues-paying member of the KU Alumni Association.
I lived in the Washington, DC metropolitan area from 1984-2011 and am retired from the Federal Government (2006) and the USAF- Active Duty/Reserves (1996). Now, I am living in the Borough of Brooklyn, in the city of New York.
