Why are graduations in the middle of the week?

Since the graduation was held during the week, it didn't conflict with other graduations that my daughter's grandparents wanted/needed to attend. I think it's a bit of a hassle whether it's held during the week or on the weekend. It's not as if every person works a 9-5 job and has weekends free, anyhow.

Then you need to take that up with your federal lawmakers. Just because you think a law "should" do something does not make it so.

Yes, shame on her for explaining HIPAA. How dare she bring facts and information to a discussion such as this? It's an outrage.

What a Vegetarian Knows about Chicken and Toy Story 3

Thanks, Jenn! Having also been a vegetarian from late teens to mid-to-late 20s, I am sometimes at a loss on how to fix meat. I appreciate the chicken tip! Do you ever cook them in the crockpot?

McLouth senior Trevor Roberts named homecoming king in wake of leg injury

Trevor, I'm glad your recovery is now progressing smoothly. As a nurse, I feel obligated to point out that it is not a good idea to put any pressure under your right arm, like leaning on your crutch as you are in the picture. There is a risk of the PICC line being damaged or actually breaking off inside your vein. Just a friendly note of caution.
