How do you commemorate Veterans Day?

Interesting that on election day the question was, did you vote? And the pictured respondents said, no, didn't have time.... But all of these respondents have clear plans for how-to celebrate Veteran's Day. Not sure what my point is, but it seems odd.

Are you going to vote?

The deed is done. Bye bye Kline and Ryun.

It's weird to me how old school the voting technology still is. It will be better when we can use genetic mapping etc and don't have to worry about registering in advance. Our DNA records will prove our identity and we can just vote wherever we are. I'm hoping that technology is in place by 2008. It will make for a fairer process.

Have you had any good recipes passed down to you?

I have the recipe for my aunt's lemon bars (I love them so...), but there's something about having them made for me that makes a big difference (rather than making them for myself).

What type of soy products do you enjoy?

One of my favorite ways to eat soybeans is in the form of.... edamame - I boil it at home, sprinkle it with a bit of salt and cayenne pepper, and then bring it to work as a snack. Yum!
