Kansas Action for Children files lawsuit against Attorney General Derek Schmidt over settlement records
The reason they haven't put out the settlement records is Brownback has his eye on that money to help shore up the tax cuts to the rich.

When are Kansas People going to get tired of the Kansas government's train robbery of the poor and middle class. School finance, Defending stupid and unconstitional laws ussing 100s of thousands of dollars of Kansas taxpayer money.

I would hate to think where we would be if the GOP was in power think about how many times the american people have bailed out the policies of the GOP also a war against a country that didn't attack us. If the GOP were in power there would be no taxes on the upper income and the middle class would be paying it all. we would probably be 20 trillion in debt.

Editorial: Turnpike trial
Turnpike fees are collected for turnpike repairs and not for every road project in the state. Fees that are collected for one thing it is illegal to be used for other projects I hope this is contested in the courts.
