Kansas seeks to dismiss gun lawsuit challenge

How can the state of Kansas guarantee that a gun that is made in Kansas and sold in Kansas will stay in Kansas. If a gun is taken out of state and the person that does it kills somebody are the taxpayers of Kansas going to have to pay for the lawsuit that will take place?

Brownback appoints former aide Stegall to Kansas Supreme Court

Does anyone think that any of the three people were actually interviewed by Brownback. I doubt it seriously there should be a minimum 5 years in the lower courts before they can even be nominated for the supreme court.
