City leaders consider uses for Farmland Industries site as cleanup continues
Ask Kaw Valley recycling of KCMO how it's going, their the one's doing the scrapping. I believe RD gets to keep the first 1500 tons of scrap iron. At 175-200 dollars a ton that's a pretty good chunk of change.

What store would you like to see come to Lawrence?
It doesn't matter what the people of Lawrence want it's whatever the city will allow into Lawrence. A town this size should have several different choices of stores. Maybe one day, just maybe.

From what I have heard the only employees that get bonuses are the ones that have been there for 5 years or more what's the number of employees that have been there less than 5 years?

Lawrence High football team making sacrifices
Hey grandma I played at LHS back in the day when we won state every year and I wasn't beat up and I'm sure the coaches weren't either. These kids need to learn what it takes to win a state championship, sacrifice, hard work, and sometimes a little a!! chewing!
