Federal suit over state abortion law on fast track

Abortion is the brutal violation of the human rights and dignity of the unborn child. Within the framework of the very liberal Supreme Court decisions on this issue there is room for reasonable regulation and informed consent for women.

Federal suit over state abortion law on fast track

Very little evidence to prove your contention...and even less of a link to current Kansas government...unless you are pointing out that quack abortion doctors have been allowed to run unregulated by liberal politicians for a long time....it is time for those quacks to be stopped!

Federal suit over state abortion law on fast track

This is not a lie, it is matter of dispute with some, there is evidence to support the contention and that is why it was included...it should be something a patient considers for informed consent...no one is asking anyone to lie...

Judge reviewing Kansas doctor’s fate in abortion case

I guess that is one opinion that not all of us share...the destruction of the human embryo is a gross violation of human rights....we should protect unborn children.

Judge reviewing Kansas doctor’s fate in abortion case

You do not consider the life-long emotional scars foisted upon a woman who is forced to destroy a baby in her womb even at a young age. The abortion solution is no solution at all, it is an act of violence, against the woman and the child!

Judge reviewing Kansas doctor’s fate in abortion case

It is not a fraud if there was evidence to indicate that this "doctor" did not live up to the standard of care. The fraud over the years in Kansas has been the political cover offered to the abortion industry in the face of these types of abuses!

Labor, community groups plan to rally against Americans for Prosperity

What is amazing is that the Lawrence Journal World would not look at this with a more critical eye. These organizations are the heart of the liberal Democrat agenda and it is not a surprise that they are opposed to a conservative organization. I wonder why liberal organizations are not targeted those funded by Soros etc.? This is a complete agenda driven effort because they are liberal and AFP is conservative! The hypocrisy of the outrage is stunning and the hypocrisy of these organizations using their influence to bring personal attacks is also very sad.

KU chancellor to get $60,000 pay raise funded through KU Endowment Association

I'm amazed that there is very little comment about how out of step these University President salaries are with average Kansan's salaries? When you start down the path of these massive salaries for what is really a public servant's position where will it stop? Look at the executive salaries in the corporate arena it has really exploded it seems that we ought to really give this issue some thought and consideration and perhaps establish objective stardards for the salaries.

Hearing scheduled on bill prohibiting abortion if fetal heartbeat detectable

When a baby has a heartbeat it should not be treated worse than an animal by having it's life taken away. This is a moral issue and many Christians stand against this act of violence being allowed as a legal act.

Roberts, Moran vote for bill avoiding fiscal cliff; Jenkins, Yoder, Pompeo, Huelskamp vote against it

I commend our Representatives for standing by what they said in their campaigns that they would be true "fiscal" conservatives. This legislation raises will hurt the entire economy by reducing growth and increasing the deficit it will hurt the middle class because slower growth means fewer jobs created in the private sector. The Senators have some "splainin" to do to the folks back home who were counting on them to oppose these policies.
