KU business school positions itself to maintain strong MBA program

and do you think the lagging placements have anything to do with the students, or do you place the blame on the program??

At Kansas senators' request, committee will not consider Steve Six's nomination to the U.S. Court of Appeals

I emailed them both and asked them to pull their heads out and do something besides play party politics - but I said it nicer.

New KU business dean enthusiastic about reaching out to university community

What's not true? That some KU students, including business students, have entitlement issues? If you think that isn't true...wow.

New KU business dean enthusiastic about reaching out to university community

give her a few months. she will soon find out some KU students will not listen to any advice you give them because they think they know more or have a huge chip on their shoulder.

Goal achieved: LHS softball advances to state after beating Free State, Topeka

It was a great game, and this article does not do it any justice. Runners left on base in the first three innings, not great defense in the bottom of 3, but the top of 4 went wild. I think first up in the fourth, it was peterson hit by a pitch (one of several players hit), and then it was single, after single, after double, hit after hit after hit, after hit. There were great running catches in the outfield, and I think most lions hit the ball or were hit by it.
It was a great game and the girls did not give up.

FSHS girls to take on tough O-South tonight

She is one of the top guards in the country, currently ranked #32. doesn't sound as high as it actually is. And she has consistently been one of the top players in the state for a couple of years.
And you think freestate had a bad team? They had one of the most talented teams, just young and skinny. Most of their players play summerball, like Osouth, SMW, ONW and OE.

duncan considers natalie Knight one of the top players in the State? that's probably the stupidest thing to be written in this article, considering she IS one of the top players in the state, AS she is one of the top point guards IN THE COUNTRY.

Shots don’t fall for Lions

kind of a sugarcoated story about the game. I was watching with my niece who goes to LHS. LHS turned over the ball with bad passes/no catches by Green for 5 or 6 in a row. No one shot. No one drove. Green wasn't watching the wall into her hands, which makes it hard to catch. And they didn't change the offense.
turnovers on bringing the ball down (although Peterson did a much better job this game than in freestate game). rebounding was a problem at times, and they couldn't buy a bucket by anyone, which is true. Green and Peterson seem to play 28+ minutes a game and give it their all on the floor, and don't seem to get the respect they deserve. The sophomores came on the floor and gave it some energy, too. Most of the girls lack experience in playing ball, along with an inexperienced coach. But they have guts.

Don't forget proper passing clickker. Not all of them are heavers, but a few of them, I would agree with you.
