What do I do with ... edamame

For several years, I've bought dry bulk soybeans at Hy-Vee or the Merc and planted them for our own edamame (just a fancy name for green soybeans). They grow very well, and are just about ready to pick now. Recommended for anyone who has room for a garden! They freeze very well, and when the kids were young we had the whole neighborhood over for soybean popping parties!
