A message from the Journal-World about home delivery issues

It's amazing what people complain about. I don't know who's worse. The people that have an entitlement mindset or the folks that like to play the victim.

For all you folks boot pissing about having your papers porched, why don't you put yourself in the carriers shoes. Think it's easy, go out and throw papers yourself. Last time I checked, the mailman doesn't deliver mail to your porch because you're unable to walk out and get the mail yourself. Further, your carrier is only human.

Paying for porch service? It shouldn't even be an option. It's only a paper. GET OVER IT!! It's not the end of the world.

I have no sympathy for any of you.

Jayhawks seeking revenge. Huh!! Sure looks that way. Kentucky is going to send Kansas home as the #1 loser.

Jayhawks are overrated. I hope Kentucky stomps Kansas and makes Kansas the first loser.

Brownback apologizes for overreacting to student's tweet

Of course Emma hasn't received an apology from Gov. Brownback and probably never will. Gov. Brownback has too much pride to do that. Without his policies this incident would have never taken place. The governor needs to grow a spine and learn to own up to issues such as this instead of blaming others. Then again, I'm sure this is asking for the impossible.

Teen tweeter won't apologize to Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback

I say RECALL BROWNBACK and oust the principal. We don't need elected officials or individuals with authority suppressing the peoples voice.

This world needs more free thinkers.

I'm not a registered democrat or republican. I don't vote party lines. I guess that makes me an independent. I like to be thought of as someone that can think for themselves.

Oh and while were at it, why don't we recall other state/federal elected officials that are working for their special interest groups (deep pocketbooks) instead of their constituents. And why all the bickering in D.C.. Can we all NOT just get along and get the job done.

And too think that this economy is going to get better anytime soon with our current congress - you're not fooling me.
