Lawrence motorists get ready: A year's worth of roadwork set for Kasold Drive

Are they going to actually be smart and concrete this section this time instead of pavement, which doesnt take near the abuse from all the heavy trucks that travel it?

Kansas storm chaser’s adventurous life ruled by the wind

I'd like to know alittle more info on the IMAX movie they filmed. Can it be purchased anywhere, etc? Storms and weather, especially tornados have always interested me, and I'd love to see this video if possible.

Garden sprouts at Douglas County Jail

My only question to Mr. Caron would be: How do you decide which to devote more time too.... The "Garden" or your Mosquito/Salamander breeding grounds, I mean..... Wetlands??

Dealership works to keep Chevys

I'm a diehard GM fan, and will only drive GM trucks! I will have to say that the "guys" behind the parts counter at Crown Chevy have to be some of the most rude people I have ever dealt with. You go in there to get something, and there is always 3-4 guys standing around bs'ing with each other, and totally ignore the fact that there is a "customer" there. Then... as if its a BIG deal to take a break from that, one will come over and in a VERY rude manner ask what you need!!! I will from now on drive to KC or Topeka for parts, if not purchased over the internet!!
