formerfarmer, you're assuming that they're at 100% capacity in the residence halls. More likely, they're far below it and hoping that newer / nicer accommodations will attract more students to on-campus housing.

2009-10 All-Big 12 picks
I'd have a hard time leaving Denis Clemente off the 2nd team for both Baylor guards. He's averaged 18ppg and 4apg in Big XII play, and he's the point guard on a team that's 2 games ahead of Baylor in the conference.
