How much money could they cut?
What do they cut?
How does the service get better after the cuts are made? In what ways?

Dave - don't waste the time and gas to come to Lawrence. Why not be more efficient yourself and give us some specific examples of your suggestions.
Give us a couple specific examples of crony capitalism in Kansas.
