I honestly Don't know if they will re-open again. Even though there is a new state law protecting them, with the level of corruption in Lawrence no Law will protect you from corruption of this magnitude.

YES I confirmed This Carrie Neighbors is not Currently listed as being in Custody. Technically she is not Even listed as being At the prison.......

IF you check the Website you see something strange. How can she be there is she is not in the system showing she is supposed to be there ?

Story Correction:

According to a joint motion filed by the prosecution and defense, the request comes after a second psychiatrist,

Wrong !

The Defense filed the motion the prosecution did not oppose it, They don't have any grounds to oppose it on. They are however trying to oppose his release to pre-trial release They have not quite came up with a good reason other than "Your honor he is a danger to the community and him self".

Even though he has not been charged with committing a violent crime.
I think he is a danger to the prosecutors freedom as she has broken the law, and it will catch up to them

Also there was an open investigation into all of her previous cases because of the things that were surfacing
