Kansas Supreme Court rules that gun dealers must use highest degree of care in preventing sales to felons

Sounds like gun control to me. Can't have that. No no, that would be a bad thing.

Opinion: Bringing end to war is an Obama fantasy

The military view of people like Krauthammer and McCain is economically unsustainable. Virtually every war we’ve been involved in since the end of WWII has been a mistake. I pray we stay out of Syria.

Trading barbs with Bill Maher

Actually he’s a libertarian. Or at least he was before that ideology was hijacked by the likes of Paul Ryan and Rand Paul. Much in the same way Reagan and Rove hijacked the republican ideology.

Opinion: Lack of clarity hurts U.S. foreign policy

Maybe part of the criteria for going to war should be if we can afford it. Clearly we could not afford the last two.

Editorial: Gun action

BD. There is no hysteric overreaction because no one is lobbying againt preventive measures to curb the flu. The medical profession as well as the public are all on the same page. If however there was a well funded lobby that was oppossed to the use of hyperdermic needles for some inexplicable reason then you would have a valid point.
