Bad choices

I tend to stay away from the people with very poor and negative attitudes. Sure we all have bad days, I am sure there isn't any of us that hasn't been a little concerned about their family, job, war, economy, or health in the past decade. As I work for an automotive company I can assure you that I for one have had my fair share of moments that made me worrie. I go home and think, what if... or maybe I should.... But I also look at my kids see the passion of life in everything they do and I know that as long as I don't dwell on the negative forces and I keep moving forward in life, trying to make things better, then they will eventually get better. I have had some really bad days, but I just thnk that somewhere someone is having a worse day.

U.S. Attorney's office charges Lawrence men with methamphetamine trafficking

There is life after meth. Rehabilitation is possible. Don't condem a struggling man that made a bad decision and has trouble with the reprocusions. The road to recovery is very long and hard, both mentally and physically. I have met Donald in the past about a decade ago and he did seem to be a nice man (did nice work at a very far price), but everyone makes mistakes and is prone to addiction. I am not condoning making or selling or using, but what I am, is understanding that lfe brings all of us down a different road some happen to pass by a house that looks their's but, when you reach the bottom there is only one direction to go. Maybe these guys can get ther acts together and be rehabilitated. Or maybe not. Sounds like some guys leading a different kind of life making very bad dicisions. Only God can judge me. And they will have to pay for their mistakes sooner or later. Who ares what the public thinks of these guys. I just hope their family don't turn their back on them now.

Victim’s friends urge driver to ‘man up’ to hit-and-run

As for the comments to why this Mom was out and about at 1am. Did any of you think maybe she had a long day. Lets try this scenario. Working mom gets home late, tends to the house chores, dishes, laundry, feeding kids, dishes again, bathing kids, It's close to the 1st of the month and she sits to do some book keeping and runs some numbers, Has a few drinks while running numbers and desides to step outside to catch some air (or maybe some other scenario thats none of your buisness)...... Come on people you really have nothing better to do than be "nosey" or "curious" as to why this mom of 3 was outside at 1am. You people really are just full of yourselves. I have 4 kids and find very little time to myself and work late hours so If Im out catching a breath of air at 1 am dont judge me either. The world does not shut down when you folks go to bed. Idiots!

The "driver" hit a woman who was walking (reguardless of time of day or where) and Left her to die. the driver and only the driver is the guilty party. Not Krystyn!

What qualities make a good father?

In my opinion (and thats all it is for any of you). Trust must always remain #1 on a childs list, We have to be the ones they trust everything with, Life, emotions, secrets, physical well being, and education. #2 Unconditional Love, When your kid is 16 and wrecks your Lexus, sure get mad, disciplin even, but also forgive and show you still love, and with that #3 teach your kids everything you know then some, Help them understand their actions and learn from their mistakes.
Now for those of you that have the spoiled, screaming, fit throwing heathens that don't mind you and never will, DISCIPLIN them. Sure remind them once maybe twice then after that give them something to think about. Dont proceed to beat the daylights out of them but be creative.

Bought a new van 2 years ago. Kids got in it and started jumping around acting like heathens, reminded them several times to act right, (they knew better, just got excited) a month later I came home loaded the fam up and headed out, Found the dome light in the back pulled out of the roof, I was upset but just reminded them thats not the way to treat things. 2 days later my son pulled the light out of the roof again and this time broke it shorting out the interior lights, Simple... remind him of the way to treat things, Grab his favorite little truck and a hammer and ask him to break his truck. He refused so I did. Sounds terrible and I know your thinking OMG what a horrible man... (thats your opinion) My son got over the truck and he knows how to treat other people's things (they way you wanted to be treated). He has not destroyed anything of mine in 2 years (he is 6 now) and guess what... He is my best friend, trusts me, understands me, looks up to me, learns from me, and knows I love him unconditionally. (oh and I did get him another truck later on in life)
