I take exception to your statement, Ragingbear. My grandfather was a career police officer on the KCMO police department. He led an exemplary life, both professionally and personally, and despite serving during a very turbulent period in Kansas City (60's and 70's), he was one of the kindest, most down-to-earth and level-headed persons I have ever known. I feel certain he was not the only one of his kind. I am very proud of him.
