Obama shows hostility to business

What we need now more than anything is honesty. Only in this way can we begin to solve our problems. Taking things out of context like the writer does here is dishonest........or dumb. Either way, not very flattering for the writer. Was he really a journalist for the Star?

Obama shows hostility to business

"As Clint Eastwood so eloquently put it, 'We own this country' "

I did not think it eloquent at the end of Clint's speech when he made a 'cut throat' gesture with his finger across his neck. I was highly offended and disturbed by this.

Obama shows hostility to business

"this from a man who must always feel that he’s the smartest person in the room. The idea that someone might make it on his own is an offense to his ideology."

The writer of this piece takes a comment President Obama made (ie didn't build it), takes it out of context, and then makes leaping assumptions of what the president personally believes. Just like the example above, the writer continues to do this several more times throughout the piece. This is all bad logic, qualifies as ad hominem argumentation, and makes the writer appear to be biased. Frankly, he looks like an angry old man who cannot think clearly.

Btw, the didn't build it quote (in my opinion), was about the need for us to work together because often it takes more than one, to accomplish things. In my opinion, it was in no way meant to be a "hostile" speak against small business or individualism.

Nation’s condition argues against Obama re-election

I don't like the gesture that Clint Eastwood makes @ 9:50 in the clip.

Very dignified choice of Avatar I must say. Rivals RockChalk1977. Very classy.

I got no prob with Romney's faith. In fact he don't talk much about it publicly. This is good. Provo Utah, one of the friendliest places I have ever been. Wonderful people.
