Actually Muslims also use the word Amen. "Muslims use the word ʾĀmīn (Arabic: آمين) when concluding a prayer or dua, and Sunni Muslims use it after reciting the first surah (Al Fatiha) of the Qur'an, with the same meaning as in Christianity. The Islamic use of the word is similar to the Jewish and Christian use of the word."
Perhaps Muslims, Jews and Christians aren't that different after all. I can only imagine a more peaceful world where people believed this to be true.
