Here, maybe this will help.

I've been an advocate of equal taxation for years but obviously the wealthy just keep cheating us out of taxes due.

House rejects exception from abortion restrictions for rape, incest, abuse victims

Chootspa, it was a suggestion for some people to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies. Tubal ligations and vasectomies are reversable. These are merely options. Your response makes no sense to me given that this ENTIRE ARTICLE is about an aspect of family planning matters.

House rejects exception from abortion restrictions for rape, incest, abuse victims

Seems to me a lot of people could save themselves from the abortion delimma by getting a tubal ligation or vasectomy after having a kid or two. Why keep going to the Dr. and pharmacy for years? Why keep exposing your body to drugs? Why live with such risk and inconvienence?

Why keep going to Blockbuster Video to get a movie and return the movie and get a movie and return the movie when you can sign up with Netflix one time and be done?

Sweeping abortion bill approved by Kansas House committee

What's an 11 year old girl to do when her brother gets her pregnant?
What's a 12 year old girl to do when Grandpa gets her pregnant?
What's a 13 year old girl to do when her stepdad gets her pregnant?
What's a 14 year old girl do when her 34 year old Pastor gets her pregnant?
Girls, not just women, get pregnant too.

What do you bet close to 100% of regestered voters who own a four wheel drive vehicle, didn't vote? Ha. It's apathy, not the weather. We had until 7:00pm to vote.
You know who volunteers to tend the voting polls? LITTLE OLD LADIES!!!! THAT's RIGHT, 70+ year old women make it to the polls.

Implement water conservation measures
Implement energy conservation measures
Pay child support (I don't see this as a LTE topic but threw it in 'cause it's true)

Ya' know what people do....eat. Next election, put the voting booths in restaurants, you'll see an increase in voter turn out.

On a fanciful note.
Can the current be reversed on these wind generators so they become giant fans? What m.p.h. winds can be created? Can they blow hog farm smell to Oklahoma? Can they defend themselves from a tornado's assault? Can they cool Kansas when blowing air over a large pond?
I dunno Rabbi, you may present wind generators to the Kansas Legislators as part of our tornado defense system. They might grant wind farms more tax credits!
