Do you think Lawrence needs a law requiring gas stations to make customers prepay or be pre-approved before they get gas?
I think that they should come up with a way to better target the criminals in this situation. That way the consequences have LESS of an effect of the lawful customers. They could have cameras to catch all tags of cars getting gas. It's like cameras at stop lights. If someone drives off, then just send them a ticket in the mail or something.
I just know that the people of this community don't need to be punish for someone else driving off without paying for EXPENSIVE gas!
