Ralliers want to preserve current system of providing long-term services to those with disabilities

It is already a done deal. Brownback has either been paid, promised, but in essence guaranteed some kind of payment now or in the future from the ceo's of these companies so they can make millions off of people who don't have the means to provide the services on their own.

What is it going to take, a few law suits to get these companies to provide the needed services? You know brownback will use public money to defend these law suits. That in itself constitutes fraud as far as I am concerned. It is funny that politicians can be on the take, and unless you have a recording of them actually saying they are trying to defraud the people stealing tax payers money to make a bundle off the public.

I think sterilizing should be a little bit closer to home for a comment like yours.

Advocates for those with developmental disabilities applaud Brownback's funding proposal, urge withdrawal of KanCare plan

Get the anti-abortion groups & churches to pay for these births and raising of these children. After all, it is a product of their success that help create this mess, is it not?

Revenue secretary says tax cuts are working

Excuse me, but isn't the over all economy improving? Also, we are seeing just the beginning of the returns. Let's see what happens in September or around that time. Of course the republicans are going to claim early victory, then when everything falls apart, they are going to blame someone, probably the democrats, even the judicial system, but they will blame someone other than themselves.

Revenue secretary says tax cuts are working

He cuts taxes on the rich, and raises taxes on the working man. Let me tell you, if you have money, the difference in taxes doesn't make that much difference. If you are poor, working 40-60 hr. a week, or especially on a fixed income you will notice the extra$50-$100 more in taxes every month.

So it is a take from the blue collar and the poor & disabled and give it to the wealthy. Am I the only one seeing the injustice in this?
