Kansas attorney general sues to stop EPA air pollution rule

So the state does this same thing to abortion clinics and they have no problems with it.

The Federal Goverment imposes new regulations and they get their panties in a bunch.

Go figure.

How did you hear about Sept. 11? What do you remember from that day?

I was a sophmore in college and had woken up early that morning about 7:30. I turned on the TV just as they started talking about the first plane hitting... And then the second plane hit.

I called my mom and asked if she was watching what happened and then woke up my roomates and we all watched NBC for the rest of the day. No going to classes, no eating lunch, no football practice... no nothing. We just sat there and watched it all happen right before our eyes, shocked that this was actually happening.

Later that night we finally got hungry, so another roomate and I went across the street to Carl's Jr to get everyone food. I rememer the gas station across the street had jacked up prices to close to 5 dollars a gallon.

I also remember calling my Grandparents that night, mainly because my Grandfather is a retired Airman and wanted to talk to him. He later told me that when he worked at the Pentagon, his office was located where the plane had hit.

It's hard to imagine that it's been 10 years already. I always find myself watching the as it happened coverage on the anniversary... It's almost like watching a movie as the firefighters start to go into the second tower right before it colapses... You know what's going to happen, but you always hope that this time it will turn out differently.

Kansas to seek federal grant to promote marriage

Anyone with an ounce of common sense would know what I meant, but for those lacking in common sense I will clarify.

Promotion of Same Sex marriage as well as traditional marriage as defined by the big book of fairy tales.

Kansas to seek federal grant to promote marriage

So making sure people in Kansas have healthcare & accepting federal funds to ensure Kansans have healthcare is bad, because Obama was the one who came up with the idea.

However accepting Federal funds to promote Fuehrer Brownback's warped version of marriage is good.

Nope, no hypocrisy in that whatsoever. It would be wonderful if the money came with strings attached, namely the funding must be used to promote ALL types of marriage and not just the version of marriage in Fuehrer Brownback's book of fairy tales that he subscribes to.

We have enough meth heads as it is here in Oklahoma. Why not send them to Missouri where they belong?

Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback to attend Texas prayer rally 'on behalf of our troubled nation'

Perry is right, we should come together as a nation that day and pray for a solution to our problems.

A solution like a massive sinkhole engulfing Reliant Stadium or the roof colapsing. Something like that would be a good start at solving the problems of this nation.

Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback signs bill imposing health, safety regulations on abortion clinics

It amazes me that the right constantly touts the fact that they alone are the defenders of freedom and liberty...

Yes the right is all for freedom... Unless you're a woman, or African American, or Hispanic, or any other minority, or you're not a christian, or in a union, or are poor, or are unemployed, or a college student, or are elderly, etc. Unless you're an rich, christian white man willing to give thousands of dollars to help keep the extremist right wing in power, in exchange for said extremist right wing politicians literally whoring themselves out to their corporate/religious pimps to ensure that only said corporate/religious pimps get all the breaks.

Once again Fuhrer Brownback and his little puppets in the Kansas Legislature are neglecting the needs of it's citizens, instead choosing to focus all their time and energy to do their part to bring about the dawn of a new reich that is the republican party.

For those of you still complaining and looking for inaccuracies and questioning wether or not his birth certificate is legit or not, let me ask you something.

Were you wearing your klan robes when you decided to post your drivel?
