City Hall report finds firms with tax abatements exceeding expectations
Liberal is mostly correct. See Chad's response above. Although it can be used to pay for parking (garage in the Oread's case) in addition to roads, sewers, side walks and landscaping.

Here are lake levels from 2 days ago. http://cjonline.com/news/2013-05-28/l...
Most lakes in the area are down 3 feet from normal pool levels. The exception being Tuttle Creek, which is almost 2 feet above. Tuttle also happens to be the only lake with a large discharge (800cf/s).
