Liberal is mostly correct. See Chad's response above. Although it can be used to pay for parking (garage in the Oread's case) in addition to roads, sewers, side walks and landscaping.

Most lakes in the area are down 3 feet from normal pool levels. The exception being Tuttle Creek, which is almost 2 feet above. Tuttle also happens to be the only lake with a large discharge (800cf/s).

That is a fallacy. If you obtained the gun illegally and possession of that gun was illegal and you sold the gun illegally, then you would have an argument.
