Awesome thank you for the information. KSU completed a massive project on their very similar living units, Jardine I believe is the name. They turned out fantastic!

BTW-Have you seen any plans for the eventual demolition and replacement of McCollum Hall?

Either you increase taxes to pay for those things or you make it user funded. The people of Scottsdale pay for it one way or another.

Schumm has a problem with more retail because wages haven't grown.

However, he has no problem with spending tens to hundreds of millions of dollars of taxes on anything and everything.
