I think this girl should be burned at the stake in a public square. Reduce her bail? Is she kidding? Plus, the state desperately needs to remove that newborn (from her custody) the second it enters this world. Of course, only after she's had a chance to hold it. That way she can always suffer the memory of losing them.

28-year-old man arrested in connection with shootings at Exchange apartment complex
I hope local prosecutors make an example of this guy. Lawrence is a town that people want to come to, and to live. This problem belongs in plenty of surrounding cities. Even the thug mentality needs to be wiped from the city. Guy shows up at a party. Guy isn't welcome at party. Only rational thing to do is shoot the place up and teach those meanies a lesson.
Step in, and stand up for your city. Make sure this case sends a strong message.
