I would be willing to bet that all of the single-family homes used as rentals are not inspected. The house next to mine is a dump !

Will you miss Milton's?
Food was not consistent - sometimes it was good and other times it was terrible. Once complained to the host and he got really pissy. Same host asked me once to leave because I had been seated longer than my allotted time. Happy to see the place go. The Eldridge has much better food for the same price, and the service was much better.

I don't care for Milton's. The Eldridge has a much better breakfast, and did not have to deal with the "attitude" from the host.

They drove past my house last week with carts and delivered the carts in the neighborhood - with the exception of about 6 houses on my street.
