Appeals court knocks down Montana law similar to Kansas' Second Amendment Protection Act

How many people actually realize that open-carry is still perfectly legal? Concealed carry is not the only option, folks. That being said, I imagine it won't take long for some "hero" with a concealed weapon to shoot someone adhering to the existing open-carry laws.

It's not that I don't trust everyone with carrying a gun, it's the ammunition I do not trust them with...

Optimist, do you actually have something to substantiate your claims, or do you just make wild accusations? Kansas Insurance Commissioner doesn't fit in GOP

Wow, it is hard to see why so many people view the GOP as a discriminatory group of Puritans, desperately clinging to their Bibles.

KU chancellor to get $60,000 pay raise funded through KU Endowment Association

Don't forget the Chancellor's free, courtside tickets to KU basketball, as well as the luxury box at the football games! Oh, there is also the private jet that she uses for vacations . . . uh, I mean, that she uses to go see alumni in such Jayhawk-laden places as London, England.
