Maybe they really do think the govt is "shut down", rather than just playing a silly game with about 6% if it's most unnecessary functions. All it would take is a day of two of honest reporting for them to learn that no one here notices.

Go to YouTube, look up "Obama Promises to Lower Health Insurance Premiums by $2,500' where you will see at least 25 instances of the promise.
Oh, and I just got a prelim quote for $4,000 more than he promised me.
Suffice it to say that I won't be buying from the Kansas exchange.

Oh, I'll be patient all right. But, on Jan 1, if I am not enrolled in the same Blue Cross plan I'm in right now, but be spending $2,500 less for it in 2014, there will be hell to pay.

What does the Affordable Care Act mean for you?

For me it means that I can continue my health isurance that will be accepted by my long-time family doctor,but in 2014 it will cost $2,500 less than this year. . That's the pomise but my navigator says such a thing doesn't exist. I think they need to educate these navigators. President Obama would never lie to me
