Not all last-minute tax filers are procrastinators

I can never figure out why so many people go to places like H&R, Liberty or Jackson Hewitt. If you were injured, would you go see a part-time doctor? Do you take your vehicles to do-it-yourself mechanics?

People should have their taxes done by professionals, not by people who took a two-week course, if anything. And here's a secret not many of those places tell you...they often charge more for their tax services than a CPA does

A fine officer indeed. And a very nice person. Used to play basketball with him at the rec center back long ago. RIP Matt and condolences to family, friends and the Lawrence Police Department

OH NOES!!!!! A college kid out at 1am doing something that millions of college kids have done in their lifetime. He's not dwelling on it, so why the hell are you?

Firefighters respond to fire at Sigma Chi Fraternity

What misfortune? They were allowed to go back in only a few hours after the fire. My townhouse caught on fire a few years back. Sure it sucked and smelled like smoke for a few weeks, but my roommates and I ended up being just fine.

The bros will persevere though this adversity and their sacred bond of brotherhood will be strengthened.
