Quote: Dream big. Work hard to accomplish your dreams and persevere during times of difficulty. The hard work will pay off.
Q: At what moment did you realize you wanted to become a journalist (videographer, meteorologist, sports reporter, etc.)? And if there wasn't a specific point in time, what was the motivating factor? A: In the third grade when Bryan Busby made a visit to my elementary school. His presentation fascinated me and when I left the assembly I decided that I wanted to be a Meteorologist.
Q: When you really want to relax and let your hair down in Lawrence, where do you go and what do you do? A: I like to walk or drive through the beautiful KU campus.
Q: If you couldn't be a reporter, what occupation would you want to try? A: A race car driver.
Q: Which two people do you admire most? One should be someone you know. The other, someone you've never met. A: Well, for who I know, I would have to say both of my parents (I know, that's two people, I'm cheating). And for the person I don't know, I would say Martin Luther King, Jr.
Q: If you were stranded on a deserted island with only one song to listen to and one book to read for the duration, what would they be? A: This is tough. My favorite song changes very often and I don't read nearly as much as I should. But, the book would have to be The Bible and the song would probably be something upbeat.
Q: If they were going to execute you tomorrow, rightly or wrongly, what would your last meal consist of? A: A Chinese dinner and chocolate cake for desert.
