City basketball games moved up due to inclement weather

Due to the threat of inclement weather, multiple area games have been moved up a day.

Free State and Lawrence High, which were both slated to play home games Tuesday night, will now play those games tonight. LHS will face Olathe Northwest, while Free State will take on Shawnee Mission Northwest. It is Senior Night for both programs, as each doubleheader will begin at 5:30 p.m.

In addition, both Bishop Seabury and Veritas are slated to have home games tonight as well. Bishop Seabury will square off with Christ Preparatory Academy, while Veritas will face St. Mary’s at Haskell University. Both games are slated to begin at 6 p.m.
