Sound Off: Why are there metal fence posts along the sidewalk east of Quail Run School?
“They were placed there last winter to mark the sidewalk during heavy snows,” said Roger Paschke, grounds supervisor for the Lawrence school district. “They are being removed now.”

I'm so glad they were up until May what with all of the 2" of snow we had this past winter. Thank you Dr. Doll and USD 497 for keeping our kids safe.

The real answer is that the Lawrence school district was going to construct a zombie wall to keep zombies away from the school but sadly, that funding was used to make a roundabout

I saw a kid in a--- uniform--- carrying a piece of wood to school the other day, I was affraid he was carrying a baseball, Who know's what he might be doing with it in school. You know the sky is falling.
