Who with the city do you get a hold of if you know someone with four dogs? I thought the maximum allowed was three?
Lawrence city code limits the number of dogs that a premises can have at four. Dogs under 10 weeks old are not counted toward the limit, and those with a commercial kennel license can house more dogs. If you have questions about animal ordinance, contact the city’s Animal Control Division at 832-7509.
