I read in the Sunday paper about Theatre Lawrence asking for money, but never saw where or how to donate it. I would like to. Can you tell me how?
Theater executive director Mary Doveton said checks can be sent to the theater at 1501 N.H., Lawrence, 66044. Anyone wanting to make donations with a credit card or in installments — or anyone needing more information — can call the theater, 843-7469. “We’d be happy to help them,” Doveton said. The theater is raising funds for a new 300-seat building near Sixth Street and Wakarusa Drive.
