When and where is this year’s NBA Draft?
The 2011 NBA Draft will take place at 6 p.m. CDT June 23 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. For the past several years, the draft has been at Madison Square Garden in New York City. However, renovations to the Garden forced the NBA to relocate for the 2011 draft. The Kansas University men’s program is likely to have three former players drafted in this year’s event. Twins Marcus and Markieff Morris are regarded as early-to-mid first-round selections, and Josh Selby also is expected to be picked in the first or second round.
