Sound Off

I recently heard that former Nebraska quarterback Joe Dailey left Turner Gill’s coaching staff at KU this offseason. Where’d he go and who replaced him?

Dailey, who played at NU when Gill was an assistant with the Huskers, accepted a position at Bethune-Cookman as the quarterback coach. Dailey coached under Gill at both Buffalo and Kansas and now will be working under Bethune-Cookman coach Brian Jenkins. Replacing him at KU as the on-campus recruiting coordinator is Scott Johnston, who most recently worked with the Nebraska football program as an intern.
