How much money did race director Ryan Robinson make during the last three years of the Kansas marathon? How much did Health Care Access make in conjunction with it?
The Kansas Half Marathon has netted Health Care Access Clinic approximately $100,000 over the past three years that directly benefited medical care to the uninsured of Douglas County. Nikki King, executive director, said expenses for the race during that same time period totaled over $140,000, which included items such as shirts, medals, equipment rentals, and staffing. The total does not include in-kind support and services.
