For the last couple of weeks, there has been a lot of construction at the west end of Bob Billings Parkway. Is the city putting Bob Billings Parkway through to the bypass?
No. According to Public Works Assistant Director Mark Thiel, the western end of Bob Billings Parkway is being used as a staging area for the city’s microsurfacing project, which is ongoing throughout the summer.
