Here’s round two of this Sound Off question: “Will Lawrence theaters be showing ‘The King’s Speech’?”
Oh, what a difference a week makes. Since we last spoke to our Southwind representative, strings have been pulled, favors have been called in and the appropriate palms have been greased. Tom Hooper’s “The King’s Speech” is now slated to open this Friday at the Southwind 12, 3433 Iowa, giving eager viewers just enough time to catch the movie before it is predicted to clean up at Sunday’s Golden Globes.
