Why are there a multitude of flags and paint strips along Bob Billings Parkway from Crestline Drive and Kasold Drive?
City crews have been doing survey work along that stretch of road to prepare for a construction project later this year, according to the city’s communications manager Megan Gilliland. Plans are to reconstruct the westbound lane of Bob Billings Parkway from Crestline Drive to Kasold Drive. The work will begin during the 2011 construction season.
