Can you drive a motorcycle with an interlock ignition device restriction on your license? If not, can you get an interlock ignition device for a motorcycle?

Jeannine Koranda, a Kansas Department of Revenue spokeswoman, said an order for an ignition interlock device applies to motorcycles as well. “If you are required to have an ignition interlock device and you have a motorcycle license, you would have to have one on your motorcycle before you would ride it,” she said. “If you have one on there, then you should be fine.” As to whether the devices could be installed on motorcycles, Koranda said that would be determined by the various companies that install the devices on vehicles.
