I have a home fax machine. I am on the do-not-fax list, and I still receive unwanted faxes. I have to refax them at my cost in order to be removed from their list. Is there any recourse for this?
Rosemary Kimball, spokeswoman for the Federal Communications Commission, said there was no do-not-fax list and faxes soliciting something are illegal — even if the number is not on the do-not-fax list.
