How much does the city pay to get raw water from Clinton Lake?

According to information provided by the city manager’s office, the city has two contracts with the Kansas Water Office that provide the city access to 4.7 billion gallons of water per year. In 2010, the city pays a minimum fee of $283,114. The minimum fee is expected to increase to $315,310 in 2011 and about $340,000 in 2012.
