Is there an ordinance against how many vehicles can be parked in the driveway of a single-family home?

According to Brian Jimenez, city codes enforcement manager, “Article 9 of the City’s Development Code regulates parking, loading and access. The code allows no more than four vehicles to be parked on driveways or turnarounds within the required front or side setback of any lot in a residential zoning district. For example, in a typical residential district, the setback is a minimum of 25 feet from the property lines.”
