When will Health Care Access clean up the mess they’ve left on the bypass after the marathon? There’s paint and tape everywhere.
Sally Monahan Zogry, Health Care Access development director and event coordinator for the 2010 Lynn Electric Kansas Marathon, was unaware that tape had been left along the routes. No one had left a complaint with the clinic. After being contacted by the Lawrence Journal-World, she found six arrows of tape during a drive in the area of the event. “We will happily go pull the tape. We want to be good neighbors and good citizens and leave it as we found it or even better,” she said. Monahan Zogry cleaned up the tape Friday. She said no paint was used during the event.
