Why didn’t the city repave all the lanes on Iowa Street between Yale Road and the Irving Hill overpass?
The outer northbound lane on the street was patched but not paved. According to the city, the lane will be repaved after the city’s Utilities Department finishes a water main replacement project in the area later this year.
